Privacy and optional contact

FrameOnward has two deliberately separate data flows: anonymous research answers and an optional email subscription.

Anonymous answers
Fixed research answers are stored without a name or email for no more than 90 days. After submission, the page shows an anonymous response code that can delete that response through the self-service deletion page. Contact subscriptions contain no feedback ID, segment, source code or other key that can connect an email to those answers.
Technical hosting data
When you visit or submit the form, Cloudflare may process ordinary request data such as IP address, timestamp, browser information and requested page for security and delivery. FrameOnward does not deliberately add that data to the anonymous research answers or use it to identify a participant.
Optional contact
After anonymous feedback succeeds, you may separately choose contact about an early pilot/research, occasional product/launch updates, or both. Neither is preselected. Nothing becomes active until you confirm by email.
Stored contact data
Email address, language, the two purpose choices, consent version and timestamps, token hashes and status. The legal basis is consent.
Processors and tracking
Cloudflare Sites/D1 hosts the site and consent record. FrameOnward's D1 consent record—not Brevo contact attributes or lists—is the authority for which selected communication purposes are permitted. Brevo delivers the confirmation email and, only after confirmation, stores the email as a FrameOnward contact. Brevo may also process technical delivery data and, depending on its account settings, open or click data. FrameOnward uses no tracking webhooks and does not connect this data to anonymous research answers.
Retention and withdrawal
Anonymous responses are deleted after 90 days by automatic cleanup, with defensive cleanup also run during site use. Unconfirmed contact requests expire after 48 hours and are deleted automatically. Active contact choices are reviewed at least once a year and removed when they no longer have a current purpose. The accountless withdrawal link remains valid while the contact permission is active and removes the email from both FrameOnward's table and Brevo. You may also write to Kasper@lefevre.cloud.
Your rights
You may withdraw consent and request access, correction or deletion of contact data. An email cannot locate an anonymous response because no link exists.
